O exercício do magistério em uma rede privada de ensino: formação, carreira e práticas pedagógicas

Resumo

Este texto analisa o trabalho de professores de escolas privadas de uma rede que atende a setores populares e à "nova classe média". O artigo estrutura-se nos eixos: a cultura institucional destas escolas e a centralidade do sistema apostilado de ensino, procurando compreender as relações entre a formação, carreira e autonomia dos docentes. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas, análise de documentos e sites, além da aplicação de questionários aos professores, alunos e pais. Destaca-se a interlocução teórica com autores os Dubet, Dubar, Bourdieu, Lantheume. Conclui-se que a falta de uma formação continuada consistente e de autonomia profissional pode justificar as práticas e comportamentos do corpo docente de adesão às regras institucionais impostas. Constata-se, ainda, um desassossego permanente em relação ao trabalho realizado.

The exercise of the magistry in a private education network: training, career and pedagogical practices

This text analyses the work of private school teachers in a network that serves the popular sectors and the "new middle class". The article is structured in topics: the institutional culture of these schools and the centrality of the apostille teaching system, trying to understand the relationships between the training, career and autonomy of the teachers. Semi-structured interviews, document and site analysis were carried out, as well as the application of questionnaires to teachers, students and parents. We highlight the theoretical interlocution with authors such as Dubet, Dubar, Bourdieu, Lantheume. It is concluded that the lack of a consistent continuous training and professional autonomy can justify the practices and behaviors of the faculty of adherence to the institutional rules imposed. There is also a permanent unrest in relation to their work.
