Os Saberes Docentes ou Saberes dos Professores

Resumo

O texto discute a importância dos saberes docentes necessários para a prática pedagógica dos professores. Toma como referência os trabalhos de Tardíf, Lessard e Lahaye (1991), Saviani (1996), Tardif e Gauthier (1996), Porlán Ariza (1997), Gauthier et al (998) e Pimenta (1999), que têm procurado mostrar a sua importância para a formação, atuação e desenvolvimento dos professores. Expõe as concepções de 'saber' sob a ótica de Bombassaro (1992), Furió (1994) e Gauthier et al (1996), e destaca a importância do saber da experiência como saber construído na prática do professor. Conclui reconhecendo que a sistematização dos saberes docentes poderá contribuir para a construção de uma identidade profissional dos professores, indispensável para o estatuto da profissionalização docente.

Teaching knowledge or teacher knowledge

The paper discusses the importance of the teacher knowledge required to the teacher’s pedagogic skills. It takes as reference the works of Tardif. Lessard and Lahaye (1991), Saviani (1996), Tardif and Gauthier et al (1996), Porlán Ariza (1997), Gauthier et al (1998) and Pimenta (1999), who have searched to display the importance of this subject to the formation, performance and development of the teachers. It shows" the concepts of 'knowledge' in the sight of Bombassaro (1992), Furió (1994) and Gauthier et al (1996), and highlights the importance of the "knowledge and of experience as a knowledge built in the teacher's practice. It concludes recognizing that the systematization of the teaching knowledge can contribute to the construction of the professional identity, which is indispensable to the statute of the teacher’s professionalizing.
